Rod Kelly is Warwick born and bred, and is committed giving back to his community. He has over 40 years continuous service in June 2015 as State Manager Regional and Rural Queensland for the Westpac Bank and is now a Westpac Agribusiness Ambassador upon his retirement.

He is a Fellow graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program, completed the Australian Company Directors Course and holds membership of various professional organisations.
