Idea Masters are volunteers from the community who are screened, trained and supported to create positive relationships with our clients; empowering them with learning, life skills and confidence.
You could be working in our training rooms, mastering admin, brainstorming fundraising ideas or meeting with community members, being and Idea Master is as beneficial for you as it is for SDIEA.
SDIEA provides alternative training and education pathways for people who are looking to reconnect with their community and their future careers.
